How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of the study of CdTe nanoclusters prepared by electrochemical deposition using sulphate and chloride solutions. The SiO2/Si track templates were used as nanoporous templates. The а-SiO2/Si-n track template was obtained by irradiation with xenon ions with an energy of 200 MeV, with fluences of 107–108 ions/cm2. The surface of the deposited samples was examined using scanning electron microscopy. To identify the crystal structure of CdTe nanoclusters, an X-ray structural analysis was carried out to form cadmium telluride nanocrystals of the hexagonal phase (wurtzite) together with the amorphous phase. Calculations of crystallite sizes showed that annealing CdTe samples at 100°C leads to changes in nanocrystallites and to increase in the degree of crystallinity with the dominance of the amorphous phase.
