RankScience is an open information and analytics platform for finding, evaluating, and comparing Kazakhstani scientific journals, universities, and research organisations.
Mission
Our mission is to provide a single, publicly accessible, and reliable place for objective evaluation of Kazakhstani science. We believe that transparent bibliometric rankings help researchers, educators, administrators, and science-policy bodies make well-informed decisions: choosing the right journal to publish in, evaluating a university's research output, or shaping research policy.
The platform is built for maximum transparency: every metric is accompanied by a methodology description and a link to its data source.

History
RankScience was created to support the development of scientific activity in Kazakhstan. The platform aims to close the information gap between Kazakhstani researchers and international bibliometric systems, while also accounting for the regional characteristics that global rankings often overlook.
The first public version of the platform includes journal and university rankings, detailed profiles with bibliometric indicators, and a trilingual interface in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
