Error reports and corrections
If you find an inaccuracy in the data — an incorrect ISSN, a mistake in a journal name, a wrong affiliation, or an outdated metric — we welcome error reports.
How to report an error
- Open the page of the journal or university whose data contains the error.
- Select "Report a data issue" at the top of the profile. You can send the report once you are signed in.
- Describe the problem and, if you can, name a source with the correct data.
Each report is classified and assigned to a responsible administrator. The person who submitted the report receives a notification of the decision taken.

Open data
RankScience publishes an aggregated ranking of the top 100 Kazakhstani journals in the open for external researchers, libraries, and information systems.
