How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper presents an integrated predictive energy-management approach for a hybrid photovoltaic (PV)–battery–supercapacitor system supplying a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive. The architecture combines maximum power point tracking, bidirectional DC-DC conversion, battery protection, supercapacitor-based transient support, DC-link regulation, and PMSM vector control. A MATLAB/Simulink model assessed power sharing, storage behaviour, DC-link dynamics, drive response, and conversion efficiency. Simulated PV power varied between 1.1 and 4.3 kW, battery state of charge remained near 65%, DC-link voltage stayed close to its reference, and overall efficiency reached approximately 92–97%. The results show that the proposed strategy reduces battery stress, compensates short-term power peaks, and supports stable drive operation under variable generation and load conditions.
