How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of developing the corporate culture of prospective teachers in higher education institutions. The authors view student corporate culture as a complex and diverse notion that relates to the University’s corporate culture and the student’s own culture. They argue that student corporate culture influences the process of educating professionals and has several functions. The most significant of them is the pedagogical function. The issue of developing a corporate culture at a Pedagogical University is particularly important. Future teachers and psychologists have to deal with educational challenges in close collaboration with colleagues, and students of educational institutions, so they have to acquire the skills of building harmonious relationships with various people and working in a team.
