How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

SEM and laser goniophotometry were used to study a corrugation of VMN-4 carbon fiber shell of KUP-VM composite after high-fluence 30 keV N 2 + ion irradiation at temperatures range from 100 to 600°C. It has been found that the angles of an inclination of corrugated structure increase with temperature so that at temperature ∼270 °C reach maximum values ∼40°, staying at this level at subsequent temperature elevation up to 600 °C. Spatial period of corrugations alternation is about 1 µ m for temperatures range 100-200°C and 0.6 µ m for higher temperatures. Qualitative difference of nitrogen from noble gas temperature dependences of a corrugation is connected with a nitrogen chemical activity and creation of C-N bonds due to implantation.
