How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

It is necessary to determine the effect of thermal annealing on morphology, absorption, and photoelectric propertiesforincrease the efficiency of electronic transport of In2O3films. The paper presents the results of a study the effect of the annealing temperature of In2O3films obtained by spin-coating on the optical and photo-electrophysical characteristics of a polymersolar cell.It is established that an increase in the annealing temperature of films leads to an increase in the absorption and optical width of the band gap of the film.Has been determined the optimal annealing temperature of the films T = 300°C, at which the electrons in the photoactive layer has the maximum lifetime of charge carriers and a low probability of recombination. At this temperature is observed, the maximum value of the efficiency of polymer solar cell.
