How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This research explores the effectiveness of gamification as a method to boost employee engagement and improve organizational processes. Employing advanced big data analytics, specifically machine learning applied to the Workplace Employee Relations Survey data, this study uses predictive modeling to identify patterns in Employee Engagement Factors. The accuracy of these models was confirmed through well-known evaluation metrics, revealing a strong correlation between predicted outcomes and realworld data. This underscores the models' ability to accurately reflect engagement trends among employees. A blend of qualitative and quantitative analyses offers a thorough understanding of engagement dynamics, framing these insights within the context of Tuckman’s Model of group development. While acknowledging the limitations, the research emphasizes the potential longevity of gamification as a strategy. As a result, by leveraging insights from this study, organizations can enhance their business processes, drive organizational success, and foster a culture of continuous engagement.
