Abstract
The world has moved from the VUCA framework to the BANI environment, defined by Brittleness, Anxiety, Non-linearity, and Incomprehensibility. This shift creates serious challenges for traditional IT higher education, which often cannot keep pace with rapid technological change. This paper proposes the conceptual model of an AI-driven IT University, designed not only to operate in BANI conditions but to use them to strengthen resilience, adaptability, and deeper understanding. By integrating Artificial Intelligence across its core pillars – adaptive learning, research, administration, and ethics – the university evolves from a brittle institution into an antifragile ecosystem. The model outlines an architecture where AI personalizes curricula in real time, supports research through simulation of complex systems, stabilizes administrative processes, and embeds ethical decision-making. Key risks such as technological brittleness, algorithmic bias, and dehumanization are also addressed. The paper concludes that the AI-driven IT University is a necessary evolution, enabling human–AI collaboration to prepare IT professionals capable of shaping a more coherent future.
