How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Power pulsations are one of the factors that impede the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) equipped with dynamic wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. The unstable output voltage, current and power parameters, which are common for such systems, can be mitigated by incorporating a DC-DC converter and a controller into the system. The given manuscript analyzes the performance of the Proportional-Integral (PI) feedback controller and a Fuzzy controller, which are utilized to manage the output of the Buck-Boost converter of the wireless charging systems for EVs. The dynamic WPT system under consideration is simulated using a graphical programming environment. It was revealed that both controllers significantly reduce the power pulsation. However, PI controller reduces the power pulsation ratio from 40% to almost 0% after 0.45 s, whereas Fuzzy controller decreases the power pulsation ratio from 40% to nearly 5% after 0.09 s.
