How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Researching patient satisfaction with the quality of medical services is one of the key aspects of the modern healthcare system. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that understanding patients' needs and expectations enables the improvement of medical service quality. Patient satisfaction not only reflects the effectiveness of medical care but also allows for an assessment of its accessibility and safety. Moreover, this study contributes to enhancing healthcare standards and strengthening the patient-centered approach.Globally, improving the quality of medical services is based on considering patients' opinions, making the development of similar research in Kazakhstan essential. Currently, various methods are used in healthcare organizations to determine patient satisfaction levels, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis methods. These approaches help medical institutions gain a deeper understanding of patients' needs and improve service quality. Since the efficiency of the healthcare system is directly linked to the quality of medical services, systematically studying patient satisfaction provides an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare reforms. Additionally, to improve the performance of medical institutions, it is necessary to implement decision-making practices that consider patient feedback.
