Patient satisfaction not only reflects the effectiveness of medical care but also allows for an assessment of its accessibility and safety. Moreover, this study contributes to enhancing healthcare standards and strengthening the patient-centered approach.Globally, improving the quality of medical services is based on considering patients' opinions, making the development of similar research in Kazakhstan essential. Currently, various methods are used in healthcare organizations to determine patient satisfaction levels, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis methods. These approaches help medical institutions gain a deeper understanding of patients' needs and improve service quality. Since the efficiency of the healthcare system is directly linked to the quality of medical services, systematically studying patient satisfaction provides an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare reforms. Additionally, to improve the performance of medical institutions, it is necessary to implement decision-making practices that consider patient feedback.
