How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This paper discusses the principles and methodology of validation of an analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) used for quality control and quantitative determination of the active substance in an anthelmintic drug.Key validation parameters such as specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, detection limit, and quantification limit are described. The analysis made it possible to confirm the compliance of the method with the requirements of regulatory documentation, which ensures its suitability for subsequent quality control of the drug. The results obtained indicate the high reliability and reproducibility of the HPLC method in the conditions of laboratory control of pharmaceutical products. It has been established that for all the parameters presented, the method meets the requirements of regulatory documents.
