How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

The integration of Kazakhstan into the world political and economic space makes it necessary to promptly respond to the ongoing fundamental changes. At the same time, it is natural to modernize the process of training pedagogical specialists. An effective way to solve the problem is associated with the revision of the content of educational programs, the introduction of didactic innovations. Such a transformation of education is influencing a new trend –to take the first steps towards the introduction of short training programs (microcalifications) and systems called micro degrees. The use of such education in higher schools and in the practice of subsequent steps will ensure that future specialists meet their personal interests and needs, intentions, and, secondly, they will be useful to society by mastering new skills required by the time in an accessible and short time. The purposeof the scientificarticleisto studyanddevelopa methodologythat allowsto significantlyimprovethe professionalskillsof universityteachersusingthe principlesof microqualification, contributingto improvingthe qualityof the educationalprocessandtrainingof studentsas aresultof professionalretrainingof a universityteacher.
