How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article discusses the possibilities of using the Brillouin reflectometry method BOTDR for monitoring the condition of construction bridge structures, their features and the main advantages of use. Timely and reliable monitoring of load parameters allows you to increase the level of reliability of bridge structures, save time on troubleshooting and provide predictive information about existing problem areas, the causes of deformation, weakening of load-bearing structures of bridges, as well as the impact of vehicle loads on these structures, which together can lead to to multi-million dollar costs or, even worse, to tragic consequences. The article also presents the main characteristics of the Brillouin reflectometry method and the practical implementation of the model of bridge structures. Some measurement results using the Brillouin reflectometry method are presented, which makes it possible to promptly eliminate the causes and prevent damage.
