How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the design and the optimization of converters for converting vibration energy into electrical energy by using the vortex interaction of flows. Given the global need to transition to renewable energy sources in response to climate change, this research focuses on improving the structural efficiency of vibrational energy converters. By using a laboratory setup with a regular structure of transducers, the effect of the ratio of the width of the contact area of the transducer to the width of the free end on the amplitude and frequency of oscillations has been studied. Based on the results of the research, the optimal width ratio that maximizes vibration energy output while ensuring material efficiency and structural strength has been determined. The findings show that a minimum contact zone width not only reduces material costs, but also increases vibration energy output, which is key to the efficiency of energy conversion processes. Mathematical calculations of the vibration movements of converters based on experimental data provide a reliable basis for predicting performance and guiding design improvements of future installations. This study contributes to the broader field of renewable energy technologies by offering a detailed analysis of the parameters affecting the efficiency of vibrational energy converters.
