How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In this paper, it was performed a numerical simulation of the spread of a pollutant - carbon dioxide from the chimneys of a thermal power plant. To determine the correctness of the models, a test problem was used, the results of which were compared with obtained numerical and experimental values. These models were used for a 3D model on a real scale of Ekibastuz SDP P, the largest thermal power station in Kazakhstan. A study on the spread of pollutants was performed within 24 hours. In addition, in the model, environmental conditions close to the real ones were used - a variable direction of the wind, a variable humidity of the ambient air, and different temperatures, which vary depending on the time of day. The results can be used in the future to study the problem of environmental pollution and reduce the consequences of the environmental situation as a whole.
