Abstract
В статье рассматривается цифровой рынок Казахстана и его перспективы, также цель данной статьи заключается в проверке применимости метода анализа временных рядов для исследования цифрового рынка Казахстана и выявления его будущих тенденций развития. Объектом исследования является цифровая экономика Казахстана, а фокусом исследования является использование методов обработки больших данных для анализа развития цифрового рынка. Этот подход основан на системном изучении проблем, что позволяет более глубоко и комплексно рассмотреть вопросы формирования цифровой экономики. На основе полученных результатов был сделан вывод о том, что значимость научно-технической основы, симбиоз инвестиций и госпрограмм, либеральные реформы и мировой рынок, потенциал кластеризации играют важную роль в развитии цифровой экономики Республики Казахстан. Результаты исследования имеют теоретическое и практическое значение, и подтверждают гипотезу авторов о стимулировании цифровой экономики, сосредотачиваясь на ускоренном развитии определенных технологий. В этом случае оно выступает в роли инвестора, определяя ключевые перспективные направления финансирования на основе оценки долгосрочной прибыльности, конкурентоспособности, трендов и также вкладывается в фундаментальные условия успеха развития страны. The article discusses the digital market of Kazakhstan and its prospects, and the purpose of this article is to test the applicability of the time series analysis method for studying the digital market of Kazakhstan and identifying its future development trends. The object of the study is the digital economy of Kazakhstan, and the focus of the study is the use of big data processing methods to analyze the development of the digital market. This approach is based on a systematic study of problems, which allows a deeper and more comprehensive consideration of the formation of the digital economy. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that the importance of the scientific and technical basis, the symbiosis of investments and government programs, liberal reforms and the global market, the potential for clustering play an important role in the development of the digital economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The results of the study are of theoretical and practical importance and confirm the authors' hypothesis about stimulating the digital economy by focusing on the accelerated development of certain technologies. In this case, it acts as an investor, identifying key promising areas of financing based on an assessment of long-term profitability, competitiveness, trends, and also invests in fundamental conditions for success of the development of country.
