How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

At present time one of the great interest is represented on the biologic activities ofquercetin a polyphenol relating to the class of flavonoids, natural products generally known for theirbeneficial actions on health. With the aim of obtaining new derivatives of quercetin which wouldpossess a potential of showing valuable biological activity, 5-hydroxy-3,3’,4’,7-tetratosyl flavone wassynthesized by base catalyzed etherification of the starting material with 4-toluenesulfonyl chloride(TsCl). The chemical structure of the derived molecule was established by X-ray crystallographicanalysis. The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of this compound were interpreted using 2D NMR spectroscopy. The new synthesized compound was tested for cytotoxic and antiradical activities and itsother possible pharmacological properties were predicted using PASS software.
