How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article describes a new combined method developed by the authors for the restoration of the acromioclavicular joint (copyright certificate No.27950 dated July 22, 2022). The new method provides stable fixation of the acromioclavicular joint, the possibility of early rehabilitation treatment and removal of the hook-shaped plate in the early stages (3-4 months), thereby preventing complications associated with long-term presence of the hook-shaped plate in the scapula (1 year or more), and namely, subacromial osteolysis of the acromial process of the scapula, subacromial impingement, fracture of the acromial process of the scapula and the hook of the plate.Key words: acromioclavicular joint, clavicle dislocations, damage to the acromioclavicular joint, uncinate plate, subacromial impingement.
