How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

One of the main problems that need to be addressed in the study is the use of renewable energy by justifying the design of the blades to reduce fuel consumption to reduce power by creating mechanical power using two or three-blade ordinary wind turbines. Each blade length was 0.22 meters and the pitch angle of the blade was 2 degrees to reach the maximum power from the wind as shown in the simulation depending on the Beta limit. Solidwork is used to design the turbine and to find its moment of inertia and initial parameters. Matlab was used to simulate the system equations to find the turbine power coefficient depending on the ideal pitch angle (Beta) and the tip speed ratio (Lambda), and also to find the required mechanical power to drive different small mechanical devices with power assumed 1400 watts. As a result, the wind turbine gives optimal power required at wind speed near 31.5 m /s (113.4 Km/h), and for less wind speed the device could work with less efficiency. Otherwise, high speed produces the best efficiency. Keywords: modeling, design, blades, power, wind turbine, renewable energy, efficiency.
