How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a laboratory analysis of the trophic chain: "soil-plant-bee body-honey" for the content of toxic elements such as Pb, Cd, As, Hg and the main organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators of honey. To determine the toxic elements in the trophic chain, sampling was carried out from one experimental site of the Akmola region, Zerendy district, Alekseevka rural district near the largest gold mining company in Kazakhstan "Altyntau Kokshetau". According to the results of the study, the lead content in the soil was 0.41 mg/kg. In the plant, the lead index was no more than 0.056 mg/kg. Lead content was not observed in the body of the bee. In bee products, it was not more than 0.03 mg/kg. The content of cadmium in the soil amounted to 0.065 mg/kg, which exceeded the standards for regulatory documentation. In the soil, plant, bee body and beekeeping products, the content of arsenic and mercury was not found. Conducted organoleptic and physico-chemical studies to determine the naturalness and quality of honey. We determined the consistency, aroma, taste, mass fraction of water, mass fraction of reducing sugars, mass fraction of sucrose, diastase number of Goethe units, qualitative reaction to guanosine monophosphate, the presence of mechanical impurities, signs of fermentation.
