How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

This article reveals continuity as a concept determining the relationship between language continuity and delivery between epochs, which reflects the unity of continuity and indivisibility. In the event of a break in continuity, it is assumed that the language ceases to function in the life of humanity, and through continuity in language, the way of life of the nation, its behavior, attitude to the world, culture, and experience of the life of ancestors are passed down from generation to generation. To become a “Mangilik El”, Kazakhstan needs to preserve national values and inseparable continuity between generations. Through continuity in the language, unity between the past and the future will be preserved, and innovation will also give an impetus.
