How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

"Personal data is used in various areas of our society, but in this article, we would like to analyze the collection, use and storage of personal data in migration processes. And we would like to pay special attention to the protection of personal data of children involved in migration processes. So in our state there is a program «Protection of children in migration processes in Kazakhstan», implemented by the UNICEF Representative Office in the Republic of Kazakhstan with the assistance of the Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (and later – the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan), as well as the Public Fund «Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law», Public Fund «Legal Center for Women’s Initiatives «Sana Sezim», Public Fund «Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation and Adaptation for Women and Children «Rodnik». The concept of «children in migration processes» includes children applying for refugee status, refugee children and children who have been victims of human trafficking, except for candases (oralmans). The term «Child» means an individual between the ages of 0 and 18 years. Keywords: personal data, law, protection, migration, children, program."
