Утебаева Аннотация: Появившиеся технологии повлияли на многие области экономики, в т.ч.и на недвижимость, в частности, на оценку недвижимости.Цель исследования, приведенного в данной работе, -это создание практически применимой модели анализа стоимости жилой недвижимости с учѐтом существующего экономического и технологического контекста.
