How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Every nation has a legal system based on the structure of its state, the nature of national identity, psychology, customs and traditions.Soviet power was created in Kazakhstan after the Soviet revolution. In addition to the norms of the law of the Kazakh people the Soviet law was written. The structure of Soviet legal organizations was created by paying special attention to the selection of employees of legal structures. At present, in many sources one can find information that Goloshchekin and his retinue abused power in the 1920s-1930s.But the problem of the mistakes and distortions of the legal system that occurred on the basis of the Soviet system of power remains unnoticed by historians.History indicates that the governing body of the Soviet administrative power, the Soviet People's Commissariat of Justice, judicial organizations exercising state power, and the organization of the state prosecutor's office adapted to the administrative-authoritarian system in a short time and turned into an anti-people tragedy in the course of implementing party policy. In this article, based on the process of turning prosecutorial control into an integral part of the Soviet administrative system, we tried to reveal the relevance of this issue.
