How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Annotation: The article examines the stages of the formation of ethnomediation in Kazakhstan from 2011 to the present day. A review of modern conflictological theories has revealed some discrepancy between the principles of modern Western conflictological thought and the principles and values of the traditional Kazakh society striving to get rid of the conflict by all means. The authors made an attempt to classify the stages of development, describe and understand the features of the development of ethnomediation in Kazakhstan. The basic principles of modern Western conflictology are reflected and embodied in approaches to mediation in Kazakhstani society, however, there are also their own characteristics associated with the traditional values of the Kazakhs. The article emphasizes the importance of the institutionalization of social conflicts in the context of the modern development of Kazakhstani society. Key words: mediation, ethnic mediation, social conflicts, interethnic conflicts, polyethnicity.
