Abstract

This article dedicated to identify influencing factors of demotivation in a process of EFL teaching. We know that motivation is crucial in a process of education, because without motivation students’ interest to study would be lost. For this reason, we tried to find out effects of motivation and factors of demotivation that will be force of lower level of quality education. The reason of choosing this topic was that students start the process of English learning with motivation and participate activity to lessons but at the end of academic process we noticed that students interest lost and quality of education was lower than before and be a reason of demotivation. In this case, the goal of this study to clarify influencing forces of having demotivation and to offer solutions of them. To provide a research we have used case study method which helped us to identify the reason of demotivation and interview which help us to consider solutions of this case. Also provided deep-ended literature review work which help us to discover all information belonged to this study. At the end of this research we can find out solutions of to reduce demotivation of students by paying attention factors of demotivation in EFL learning process. Also we have suggested ICT (information-communication technology ) belonged applications and methods of EFL teaching that increases motivation students. We believe that this work will be beneficial for both learners and teachers that have a problem due to the motivation. Also, we believe that gathered factors due to the demotivation of students, it will beneficial for teachers to avoid them and try to make the educational process effective.
