Abstract
The development of financial pyramids in the CIS countries and its impact on people's lives is considered. It would seem that financial pyramids like MMM or «Charms» have gone down in history, leaving millions of defrauded depositors with nothing. But life shows that the bitter experience was not so instructive for many of our citizens. Currently, there is a clear trend of masking financial pyramids under three legal areas of work.
