Abstract
В статье авторами рассмотрена система привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций в промышленную, добывающую и торговую отрасли Республики Казахстан, данная тематика актуальна, так как определяет и влияет на уровень конкурентоспособности страны. Авторами изучены труды зарубежных ученых экономистов в области оценки инвестиционных проектов и принятия решений по их дальнейшей реализации. Проанализирована и изучена динамика основных показателей инвестиционной активности, сделаны выводы, рассмотрены существующие подходы работы системы, рычаги и преференции, предоставляемые государством, а также предложены новые подходы в работе, как самой системы, так и ее участников. В статье авторами определены этапы работы по привлечению инвестиций, выявлены возможности раскрытия потенциала, проблемные вопросы и методы их решения. В качестве методов исследования авторами использовались методы систематизации, анализа, синтеза, сравнительной оценки, а также комплексный подход. Результаты исследования: в исследовании авторами предложены следующие методы совершенствования системы по привлечению инвестиций в Республику Казахстан: финансовые инструменты мотивация участников системы, подходы проектного менеджмента и методические рекомендации по улучшению ключевых аспектов работы системы в целом. In the article, the authors considered the system of attracting foreign direct investment in the industrial, mining and trade sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This topic is relevant, as it determines and affects the level of the country's competitiveness. The authors studied the works of foreign scientists and economists in the field of evaluating investment projects and making decisions on their further implementation. The dynamics of the main indicators of investment activity have been analyzed and studied, conclusions have been drawn, existing approaches to the operation of the system, levers and preferences provided by the state have been considered, and new approaches to the work of both the system itself and its participants have been proposed. In the article, the authors define the stages of work to attract investment, identify opportunities for unlocking the potential, adress problematic issues and methods for their solution. Regarding research methods, the authors used the methods of systematization, analysis, synthesis, comparative assessment, as well as an integrated approach. Results of the study: in the study, the authors proposed the following methods for improving the system for attracting investments to the Republic of Kazakhstan: financial instruments to motivate participants in the system, project management approaches and guidelines for improving key aspects of the system as a whole.
