How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article discusses the main legal requirements for labor protection in different countries. The rules for ensuring occupational safety in Kazakhstan, Germany, Italy and Japan have a common basis and are generally similar, but they have some features, such as the mandatory presence of medical care rooms and emergency rescue teams in the structure of enterprises. According to the data, the dynamics of the decrease in injury rates in the Republic of Kazakhstan is positive, but several times lower than in the countries under consideration. The differences in the weight of fines for violations of labor protection legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Germany and Italy are comparable to the level of their discrepancy in terms of occupational injuries. In order to increase the rate of reduction of occupational injuries, it is recommended to introduce mandatory medical supervision at enterprises and tighten penalties for violations of labor legislation requirements on labor protection by an order of magnitude.
