Abstract
If a year ago we were told that soon all educational institutions will switch to online learning, and students will not need to go to university. We would safely call a person a dreamer and advise him to watch less “fantasy films”. Perhaps they would have joked: “Does he see in this virtual future a robot assistant who will not only do homework, but also check them?”.However, the world is changing faster than ever, and “fantasy” has become a reality, and online education is the norm. Moreover, distance learning today is no less exciting and full-fledged than offline classes in the classroom. The Microsoft Teams platform has become an excellent assistant and the most effective tool for gaining knowledge during the pandemic. Microsoft Teams is a service integrated with other Microsoft products, where you can create a learning environment, including chats, various training content and tests. In essence, it is a virtual classroom for teachers, students, and their parents. It allows students and teachers to stay in touch 24/7 and help each other using conversations, chats, and online meetings. Modern education system, which is being implemented in our country today, implies an increase in the amount of time for independent learning. In the educational process, the role of information educational technologies is increasing, and the leading positions are given to electronic textbooks. The main conditions for a smooth and effective transition to an online education system are obvious: maximum coverage of the territory with high-speed broadband Internet, provision of universities with computer equipment and the availability of educational Internet platforms.
