How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the conditions for improving athletes’ training effectiveness at the final stage of staying in the mountainous terrain and in the first days of reacclimatization. The study also aimed to identify the effectiveness of digital education tools as an improvement of athletes’ sports performance. The study covered 100 baluan wrestlers, 20 trainers-teachers. As a result of our research, a model of five-stage pre-competition training of baluan wrestlers for the main macrocycle competitions using sports training in non-traditional conditions is justified. The conditions for improving the effectiveness of training of athletes associated with the organization of the training process at the final stage of stay in the mountainous area and in the first days of reacclimatization are determined. The research was conducted from 2017 to 2019. During this time, our balconies participated in the Asian and World Championships and showed good results. December 15–16, 2019. 200 athletes from more than 40 countries took part in the competition. 54% of respondents indicated that they would be more motivated to practice sports if elements of digital applications or social networks were used in the training process.
