Abstract
The issues of the quality of transport services are relevant for road transport, since, being a link between organizations of all sectors of the economy and serving the population, it significantly affects their activities. A constant increase in the volume of freight traffic and an increase in the efficiency of transport services are a general trend in the development of transport management systems in all countries of the world in order to fully meet the needs of production and the demand of the population for the movement of goods.
