How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Uniform development of territorial-industrial complexes is the main goal of the state's regional policy. Here, the key point is the development of centers and the improvement of the use of regional features. The article explores the interaction of universities, business, and the state in the Pavlodar region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The issue of intensifying this process is due to the super-task to increase the competitiveness of the territory at the macroeconomic and international levels, where the university, in a single link "state-university-production", can become a certain point of growth of the regional economy. Using the webometric method, an analysis of the potential of three blocks was carried out: universities, enterprises, and the region. Large universities in the educational field demonstrate greater cooperation, small universities that focus on the local market are more active.
