How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract The photoluminescent properties of nanocrystalline layers of organometallic perovskites deposited on various semiconductor and dielectric substrates are studied. It has been established that, depending on the substrate, both one and two maxima can be observed in the exciton photoluminescence spectrum for CH3NH3PbBr3 nanocrystals with dimensions of tens and hundreds of nanometers at room temperature. The photoluminescence of nanocrystals deposited on an array of silicon nanowires has a longer wavelength of the spectrum maximum as compared to nanocrystals on a flat surface of a single-crystal silicon substrate. The results obtained are explained by the influence of electric fields of bound charges at the interfaces and by processes of photoluminescence absorption.
