How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article analyzes the activities of the Union of architects and artists of Kazakhstan and its contribution to the development of national culture in the post-war period. In their practical work, the architects of Kazakhstan tried to combine functional and artistic requirements for the construction of administrative and residential buildings and the implementation of standards that would contribute to the solution of professional artistic and aesthetic problems. However, since the mid-1950s, the activity of the Union of architects of Kazakhstan was completely subordinated to the requirements and practical needs of the socio-economic policy of the command and administrative system. The article also highlights the contribution of Kazakh artists to the development of national culture and art in General, despite their creative work under strict control within the Soviet totalitarian system of 1946-1970 so the quality of works decreased.
