How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Background. The purpose of the article is to develop a screening cardiological information system (SCIS) for a medical organization based on the digital twin of the heart, multi-agent technology and cloud computing. Materials and methods. The construction of SCIS is carried out on the basis of modern information technologies: multi-agent, intelligence, modeling, visualization and cloud computing. Results. In the process of developing SCIS, the analysis of the existing methods and means of processing and visualization of cardiographic information was carried out, an approach to the construction of SCIS based on multi-agent technologies and a digital twin of the heart was substantiated, information support for SCIS was designed, and the digital twin of the heart was improved. Conclusions. The developed SCIS based on modern technologies allows to expand the functional and diagnostic capabilities of non-invasive electrocardiogram in examining the general population.
