Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the impact of the pandemic on the accelerated development of the digital economy. The information about what components consist of Telecommunication and the importance of each of them is collected, the theoretical aspects of information and telecommunication infrastructure are analyzed. Analyzed the current state of e-government as the basis of information and telecommunications system in the public service, collected information about the functions of information technology, state information policy, analyzed the theoretical aspects of information and telecommunications infrastructure.
