How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

In this study, the effect of Tomato bushy stunt virus (TBSV) infection on Solanum lycopersicum three cultivars and the model plant Nicotiana benthamiana were investigated. Accord ing to our studies, the degree of infection by TBSV varies depending on the cultivar of tomatoes. Cultivars Better boy and Pera are resistant, while Money maker cultivar was tolerant to TBSV infection. These results show that the plants might contain different resistance genes that selectively respond to the TBSV virus and indicate the presence of certain defence mechanisms within the species. Moreover, the analysis carried out using the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Imaging System (Ch FI) and fluorometer showed that despite the absence of visual infection symptoms in Money maker tomato cultivars, there is an increase in the level of secondary metabolites and a slight reduction of the photosynthesis activity.
