Abstract
В данной статье рассмотрена и разработана процесс автоматической рассылки оповещений студентам и родителям в организации образования на примере университета АО «МУИТ». Под рассылками оповещений подразумеваются такие функции, как: отправка оповещений студентам и родителям о начале рубежных недель и о начале сессий, оповещения о неудачнойсдаче рубежных контрольных или экзаменов, оповещения о пересдачах или о переобучение предмета в летнее время. В ходе изучения была разработана карта процессов и модели нотации BPMN «AS IS» и «TO BE». This article discusses the development the process of automatically sending notifications to students and parents in the organization of education on the example of "IITU" JSC. Notification mails include such functions as: sending notifications to students and parents about the beginning of attestation weeks and sessions, notifications about failing attestation tests or exams, notifications about retakes of subjects in summer. During the study, a process map and "AS IS" and "TO BE" BPMN notation models were developed.
