How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The high proportion of men and women with chronic kidney disease of IV-V stage was between 41 and 60 years old and was 49.6% and 51.1%, respectively.RESULTS: The study found that 26% of patients with chronic kidney disease of IV-V stage had diabetes. Hypertension was accompanied in 34.5% of patients, coronary heart disease in 159 13.3%, and chronic heart failure in 12.3%.CONCLUSIONS: The results of the study reflected the characteristic distribution profile of the specificity of the HLA system in patients with chronic kidney disease in the Kazakh population. Chronic kidney disease in most cases has severe phenotypic manifestations, lead to disability and have an unfavorable prognosis.
