How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Thyroid pathology has a leading position in clinical endocrinology. Diseases of the thyroid gland in terms of prevalence are comparable with diabetes mellitus, and far ahead of other endocrine disorders. Current treatment approaches of hypothyroidism are rarely based on the pathogenesis, and are reduced to hormone replacement therapy. The purpose of this study is to determine the general hematological parameters after correction of experimental hypothyroidism with an extract of the root of the plant R. semenowiiboth alone and in combination with potassium iodide. As a result of the study, we found that in the experimental treatment of hypothyroidism, the extract of the root of R. semenowiiB. with a predominant content of rhodioflavonoside has a pronounced therapeutic effect, expressed in the normalization of the level of pituitary and thyroid hormones. The obtained results indicate the absence of toxic and damaging effects such as activation and inhibition of hematopoiesis after enteral administration of the root extract of R. semenowii.
