How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The study examines the issues of theory and practice of legal regulation of rent for land in amarket economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which insufficiently developed in the land legal literature. For the first time in the land-legal science of Kazakhstan, the main theoretical problems of legal regulationof rent for land, the peculiarities of lease legal relations in the conditions of the market and land turnover, systematically investigated, objective prerequisites for an increase in the regulatory significance, social valueof lease relations for land shown. The work from new points of view substantiates the theoretical model of rent for land, identifies measuresfor further development, makes proposals aimed at improving land legislation and the practice of implementingland lease relations. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the rapid development of land relations in theRepublic of Kazakhstan in the late XX - early XXI centuries. Statistical data indicate a significant prevalenceof transactions with land plots, among which the lease of land plots occupies a leading position. In this regard, among the urgent problems of reforming the land legislation of Kazakhstan, the issue of improving the legalregulation of land rent is one of the most urgent. The issues of legal regulation of rent for land are poorlyresearched today. A number of scientific works only to a small extent touch upon the issues of legal regulationof fees, in general, and fees for land use, in particular. The authors, as a rule, considered individual issues oflegal regulation of payments for natural resources, or general provisions concerning payment for land use. These works dealt with other issues of land use, problems of natural resource and environmental law.
