How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

We consider, that at intrapleural introduction of oleic acid there occurred a sufficient hypoxic clear effect. The purpose of the study was working out the model of shock lung creating in experiment. For this purpose there was injected an oleic acid directly into tissues of both lungs. The dosage of a substance was 0,27 ml per 100 gr of animal's mass. The material of the study made 240 white rats ‐ males of 160–200 gr. The performed studies revealed sufficient changes in organism of experimental animals which testified the forming of respiratory distress syndrome. It influenced on: a) development of animal organism's lymphocytary ‐ macrophagal system dysfunctions, particularly, changes of some populations quantity and lymphocytes subpopulations, exhaustion of oxygen dependent systems of polymorpho‐nuclear leucocytes and blood macrophages and broncho‐alveolar lavage, oppression of their capacity to phagocytosis that may be a basis of immunodeficiency forming at this pathology; b) changing metabolic activity of ferments: succinate dehydrogenase, alkaline and acid phosphates, myeloperoxidase in lymphocytes and neutrophiles of peripheral blood in dependence on terms of shock lung development; c) sufficient activation of kinin system.
