How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Mathematical modeling of the physico - chemical phenomena dynamics of metallurgical facilities with the purpose of further calculation of values of control parameters is knowledge-intensive, and cost is sometimes higher than the benefit from the use of these models. Thus powerful computing resources of automation are used only partially - mainly for acquisition, display, storage of information and simple, single-linked control tasks. The paper proposes a mathematical apparatus for modeling the dependence of the studied output parameter on the set of input parameters affecting it, independent of the parameters of internal physical and chemical transformations of the metallurgical process. Explanations are given by the example of a specific facility. The maximum discrepancy between the model and the initial data by the results of the study was 0.18%.
