How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

We study the influence of low doses of gamma radiation on the immunological reactivity of rats of different ages. The is a conclusion of the ethical committee (protocol N4, 2012, State medical university, Semey). In compare immunological parameters of 12, 18, 24 month rats with increasing age the reduction of W.B.C. and lymphocytes in the blood was identified. Decreased functional activity of the cellular immune system, the reliability of changes in the organism was grown in the organism of old rats. The influence of low doses of gamma radiation in dose 0,2 Grey showed inhibition of functional activity of T‐link cells in 12 month rats, the activation of the metabolism in phagocyte cells and activation of humoral system of immunity. Low doses of gamma‐radiation cause activation humoral immunity and phagocytic reactions. Under influence of low doses of gamma radiation in the 18 month rats leucopenia and lymphopenia was revealed, the activity of MIF in W.B.C, and CD3+, CD4+ decreased, the concentration of CIC increased, the changes in the immune system more expressed than in 12 month rats. The 24 month rats leucopenia and lymphopenia was revealed, the content of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ cells decreased, inhibition of lymphokine producing function of leukocytes and phagocytes process was observed. In old aging rats adaptation ability on influence of extreme stress factors was decreased, the autoimmune processes were activated.
