How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The article presents the results of research of the radioecological situation in Kalachi village of Akmola region due to sleepy sickness. No radioactive contamination was detected in the territory of Kalachivillage. Established levels of external dose from natural gamma radiation are on average 0.2 μSv/h. In theenvironment (drinking water and surface watercourses) of Kalachi, the content of man-made radionuclides has not been detected, or it is at the level of the background of global precipitation. Content ofnatural radionuclides is typical for the Republic of Kazakhstan. However, studies of basement premisesrevealed an excess of radon concentration of 3-6 times compared to the standards.Key words: radon, gamma radiation, dosimetry, radionuclides, sleeping sickness
