How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

Abstract This article introduces a simple two‐port harmonic tuned output network‐based design of RF Power Amplifiers. The proposed output network facilitates mutual independence between the fundamental, second, and third harmonic impedances, which thereby eases the tuning process. The proposed two‐port harmonic tuning network has been synthesized, fabricated, and measured separately to demonstrate the harmonic independence behavior. Thorough graphical and analytical deductions are provided for the design scheme. The proposed design strategy has been validated with a Cree 10 W GaN HEMT based fabricated prototype at 2.4 GHz. The measured results show an obtained drain efficiency up to 82.3% and a gain of > 11.0 dB.
