How this score is calculated

It is built from checkable properties of the record itself: whether the article has a DOI, how many independent sources confirmed its data, whether the required fields are filled in, and how recent the latest confirmation is. Disagreement between sources and a missing identifier lower it. A value of 80 or above means the record was published without further checking; 60 to 79 means it is published at reduced confidence, with a manual check advisable. A record verified by an editor by hand is never pushed below 90 by a recalculation. This scores our data about the article, not the article itself.

Abstract

The role of the Oghuz in the formation of the Kazakh people is a less studied problem in historiography. The significance of the study is due to the fact that in recent years historical studies and studiesof oral folklore (chronicles, legends, etc.) have been published, as well as considering the appearance oftribal signs (tamgas), one can determine the active role of Oguzes in the formation of tribes from ancienttimes. In this regard, the article considers the role of the Oghuz in the formation of the Kazakh clans andtribes. The history of the Kazakh people rooted in the history of tribes is studied on the basis of the unity ofthe composition of clans, tribes and the region. It is important to always take into account the fact thatthe tribes that make up the Kazakh people, like the Zhalaiyrs, Naimans, Kanles, Konyrats, Adai, Zhappas, etc. their ethnic origin is associated with the Oguzes. A distinctive feature of the study of the history ofthe Kazakh people begins with the history of the Oghuz, Kypchaks and other Turkic-speaking associationsand is directly related to their history.
